"This project was a beautiful pursuit to deepen the sense of community within our school. From a parent perspective, I was able to watch my daughter, Stella, develop a new life skill. She formed questions that she felt were important to ask her teachers in order to explore their life lessons. One afternoon, before her phone conversation with her teacher, I sat and watched her write down questions and ideas that she felt would draw out the details of the life lesson. She then called her teacher, and conducted an interview — between a 4th grader and an adult — that easily flowed between talking and listening.

"In the wisdom corridor, quotes are displayed along with our smiling face photos. We get to read other staff's life lessons and get a new hope to live happily. And most importantly all the quotes with a smile reflect to be positive in life. The Project FUEL team was very supportive and made us feel so comfortable that we were happy to share all the information with them and students. Even today in our organization the motto that came out from us is displayed on the wall.”

“Project FUEL is a unique initiative where learning is molded from life lessons. Life in itself is a lesson and you need not go to a specialist to learn lessons from it, as the project aims to inspire children through everyday stories of people. The Wisdom Corridor project has enabled children to connect with their immediate surroundings, be it their parents, grandparents, or teachers. The experiences shared by students are examples of their curiosity to understand life and how challenging, inspiring, and motivating it can be. This project was a wonderful experience of my life.”

“Sitting across our daughter and answering her questions on the learnings of our life, was a unique experience. We were so thrilled to notice the spark in her eyes and yet, the way she was mentored to maintain her professionalism was commendable. It made us feel extremely proud. "I feel the Wisdom Corridor Project is a fantastic idea. Like spirituality is connecting to the seed of creation inside us. This project provides the space to bring out the spiritual dimension in us by using a cognitive path in education which is greatly missing. This project is a spontaneous process. In fact, it should be the idea for Youth Leaders. We should cascade this project to our family, neighbors and communities. The greatest thing in the world is human knowledge. It is never about who we are rather it is always about what we are. And this project lets us realize this factor in life."
